Dr. Carl Henning Reschke holds a PhD in business economics and has experience with both start-up and large companies. Over the past 9 years, he has been founder, board member, and treasurer of the Institute for Management Research Cologne (IMRC), a nonprofit research institute active in areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, organization, strategy, technology, complexity, and evolutionary economics.

Dr. Reschke's interests include gestalt psychology, learning/epistemological and perception psychology, developing theoretical psychology applications to strategy, organizational psychology, and finance. Specifically, he uses concepts related to evolutionary economics, complexity, modularity, and biological evolution to develop applications concerning innovation, entrepreneurship, strategy, organization, technology, and financial markets.
